Donald C. Fulk, P.E., and Philip C. Gardner
P.E., began private practice as Mechanical and Electrical
Consulting Engineers in 1964. In the years since,
the growth has been a conservative steady climb to a present
level close to twenty. Our staff averages over 18 years each
of Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineering Firm experience.
While the majority of our projects are in Indiana, we have
designed work in fifteen states. Our staff consists of four
(4) Professional Engineers registered to practice
in six (6) states and we hold certificates of registration
with the National
Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. |

Our organization is a leader in innovative

 Our
investment in high speed computers has revolutionized our
production as well as the industry as a whole. State-of-the-art
CADD software provides an excellent tool for designing systems.
Various mechanical and electrical systems can be combined
and plotted as a composite, or can be viewed separately for
ease of revision and maintenance of record drawings. This
technology provides an excellent medium for storage, immediate
recall and progress updating. Computer technology also facilitates
CSI format specification updating and compliments our on-site
construction observation and administration to verify compliance
with contract documents.
